No, really. Jack White has shown all kinds of love for classic country, between the Stripes' cover of Dolly Parton's "Jolene" and his production work for Loretta Lynn. It's nice to see some country legends giving a little of that love back.
Most people think of DJ Jazzy Jeff as a sidekick left behind, along the lines of Art Garfunkel or fellow Philadelphian John Oates. Or as Will's quirky friend in Bel-Air, Jazz. But he's also one of the best and most influential turntablists out there, and he's still making great stuff today. Here's a bit of a podcast he did, where he shows off some of his stuff.
